This apartment building sits nearly in the center of town and right beside the park. It's got a nice view of the park and the river that runs though town. It's safe, if you'd like to think that. It's got all types of apartments and they all come cheap. Pets are allowed here as are kids. The building is three stories tall and the roof gives you a nice view of the city.
